Days off

Time for a few days off from the day job. After finishing work last Wednesday I'm not back in the office until Wednesday 4th May. Yay! 

I had time to finish off another freestanding heart ready for yesterday's craft fair amongst other things. Sadly it was really quiet, despite all the advertising and promoting that the organisers had done.

Fingers crossed for a better day at the next craft fair on Mayday. 

I've had some lovely walks with Oscar over the last few days too, with glorious sunshine.  And tonight I went with DD and got these fabulous sunset shots ....

It was good to get out tonight as I've been in bed most of the day with a migraine, so the fresh air was very welcome. I don't get migraines very often, thankfully. 

I've also had a bit of time to get a bit more whittling done on my wooden bird from my day course. It's still not quite how I want it to be yet. I love working on it though and can't wait to get started on another one. 

I just need a bit more time ......
