We decided to have another trip to the Highlands while DD is in Spain. So, complete with heater, we hit the road and set off on our 400 mile journey. I know it's a long way to go, but it's so worthwhile once we get there......
.....and as the weather wasn't too brilliant yesterday, we ended up with this.....
.......and then today has been another 66 mile trip to get to this ....
....an amazing beach at the top of the Highlands. And, of course, a visit to good old Cocoa Mountain .....
Sunshine, hot chocolate, a fabulous beach, good food - what's not to like about being so far north?!
Bliss.
